Although it may feel like you always need to work alone, it’s often possible to build a team. There are always people working at your level, and you can usually find mutually beneficial ways to team up with them. Even if you’re a brand new composer with no budget who is trying to break into the industry you could team up with a brand new sound engineer who also needs credits. If you’re creative and you reach out to other people in the industry you can always find a way to collaborate and build a team.
